February's degustation isn't to be missed and features a showcase of wines that exemplify one of Australia's premier wine regions, the auspicious McLaren Vale.

 

A region famous for producing some of the best shiraz in the world, this night will walk you through not just this but some of the deeper hidden secrets of the area.
