What is an Iron Yampi degustation?
Since our conception, our idea has been clear; create a space for people to come together for good food and good drinks in good company. With that in mind, we’ve sought to, on occasion, go all out and pair damn good wines with very signature dishes.
6 wines are selected and then paired with custom dishes. During the evening we’ll give you a good spiel about what you’re eating a drinking. No one is left wanting and we strongly encourage getting an Uber.

Sherrah Wines is a boutique, family-run winery nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale, South Australia. Established in 2017 by winemaker Alex Sherrah and his wife Lizzie, the label reflects Alex's extensive experience, including time at Tatachilla, Napa Valley's Cardinale Estate, and European vintages in Austria and Burgundy .
Sherrah Wines specializes in small-batch, handcrafted wines that highlight varietals well-suited to McLaren Vale's Mediterranean climate. Their portfolio includes Fiano, Chenin Blanc, Nero d’Avola, Grenache, and Shiraz, crafted into styles ranging from pétillant-naturel and skin-contact whites to rosé and preservative-free reds . Alex emphasizes balance and texture, aiming for wines that transition seamlessly from aroma to finish .
