What is an Iron Yampi degustation?
From the very beginning, our vision has been clear: to create a space where people can come together to enjoy excellent food, delicious wines, and great company. On select occasions, we go all out, pairing exceptional wines with carefully crafted signature dishes.
For our wine dinner evenings, six outstanding wines are selected and paired with six thoughtfully designed courses. Throughout the night, we will provide insights into each wine and dish, ensuring a full appreciation of the experience.

Jazz, Food & Wine featuring Great Southern Nights
Saturday, May 9th
Brought to you in conjunction with Great Southern Nights and ARIA, we’ll be hosting a triple header day of dining, drinking and grooving.
Our first session from 1:30pm ‘til 3:45pm will see us hosting local tune slinger Jack Meadows. No reservations needed (or taken) - roll in, enjoy some small plates with good wine, enjoy the tunes, enjoy the company. A perfect May afternoon.
Following from this will be our first dinning sitting with doors opening from 4:30pm until 6:45pm. Enjoy some Jazz standards alongside a three course menu with paired wines from just $99 a seat. Places will be limited and bookings will be essential.
The last hurrah will be from 7:30pm with another delicious 3 course menu with paired wines and some soul massaging grooves from xyz.
Expect a casual, social atmosphere, long tables, and a paced meal that encourages conversation. This dinner is about enjoying what’s on the plate and in the glass - no labels, no lectures, just a great day of eating and drinking together.
