Australia produces some pretty incredible wines, and we thought it would be a nice idea to bring a few of our favourite regions together for one evening.

On Thursday 26 November, we're hosting a wine dinner exploring six of Australia's most celebrated wine regions, from Margaret River and Tasmania through to the Barossa, McLaren Vale, Mornington Peninsula and Coonawarra.

We've picked six beautiful wines from producers we really admire, and we'll be putting together a five-course menu designed to complement each of them.

Here's what we'll be pouring:

• Margaret River: Idée Fixe Premier Brut Blanc de Blancs

• Tasmania: Dalrymple Single Site Chardonnay

• Mornington Peninsula: Kooyong Estate Pinot Noir

• McLaren Vale: Bekkers Syrah Grenache

• Barossa Valley: John Duval Entity Shiraz

• Coonawarra: Yalumba The Menzies Cabernet Sauvignon

It's a chance to try some exceptional Australian wines side by side, enjoy some lovely food and hopefully discover a new favourite along the way.

Doors open at 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start, and we'll be settling in for the evening from there.

$139 per person, including five food courses and six matched wines.

Seats are limited, so bookings are essential.
