On Thursday 17th September, join us for a special wine dinner featuring Jessop Wines, a boutique producer from the cool-climate hills of Orange, NSW.
Established in 2021 by brothers Matthew and Chris Jessop, the winery focuses on small-batch, single-vineyard wines that reflect the character of their vineyards and the cool climate of the Orange region. Chris brings a decade of winemaking experience from some of the world's great cool-climate regions, including the Mosel, Central Otago, South Australia and Hawke's Bay.
For the evening, we'll be serving a six course menu built around seasonal produce and local suppliers, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Jessop Wines.
It's an evening about good food, great wine and the people behind it. A chance to explore the wines of one of NSW's exciting young producers alongside a menu designed specifically for the occasion.
Doors will open from 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start. The evening will continue until approximately 10:00pm, and ride-sharing and taxis are strongly encouraged.
